Cozy and Comfortable Guest House in the City

Exclusive guest house - Warsaw, Białołęka - ideal for 2-4 guests. Little, independent and a very charming house immersed in nature, offers comfort and tranquility. The place is ideal for those who seek relax e.g. after a long day of sightseeing or need to spend some time working remotely (296 Mb/s speed of internet provided via optical fibre). The house is only 30 minutes from the centre of Warsaw with quick commuting by public transportation or by car The space The house is ca 50m2 and on a ground floor you can find an open living room with a double convertible corner sofa and with a fully equipped kitchen space. There is also a bathroom and a cozy entrance. The upper floor offers an open space with a sleeping place (double bed) and an area for work. Please note there are some steep stairs (as they are visible on the attached pictures). Whatever the weather or season, a spacious roofed terrace with a fireplace, grill set, deck chairs and outdoor dining furniture allows you to enjoy your stay confidently. The house is surrounded by a forest garden: you can find here tiny wild strawberries in the summer or perhaps pick mushrooms in the autumn. Also, it is very likely that some squirrels may visit that place as well. A guaranteed free parking place is available along the street. Location: There is a bus stop near the house and you can reach a train station Warsaw-Płudy in 3 minutes (there you can take railway lines connecting Chopin and Modlin airports or the Railway Central Station). Within a walking distance from the house you will find local grocery shops, pizzeria and a cake shop. Distance: 2,5 km from Modlińska street, 8,5 km from S8 highway. Guest access The entire house and a surrounding forest garden is exclusively for use by our guests. There is a separate gate and a path leading to the house. Other things to note Renting the house for events, receptions and hosting other guests without a host's permission is not allowed. Taking pictures for business and commercial purposes is not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not accept guests with pets (dogs, cats etc.). Smoking is forbidden.
