The space Semi-detached house halves 1 - 4 The approx. 100 m² semi-detached house over 2 floors each have a large and functionally furnished living room, which looks particularly cozy due to the open beams. The beautiful terrace to the west side is equipped with sun loungers and seating area. Two sofas with the flat-screen TV  and the fireplace allow pleasant evenings and the large dining table is suitable for 4 people. The harmoniously integrated kitchenette in the living area is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various small inventory that completes the equipment. The comfortable shower room with a washing machine completes the modern impression. The two upstairs bedrooms are once equipped with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds as well as enough storage space for your wardrobe. The semi-detached houses are ideally suited for 1 - 4 people. Please note that smoking is only desired on the terraces. Semi-detached house 03 The „ Sellin Beach Castle “ was newly built in 2006. There are two quaint log houses with 2 cozy semi-detached houses under open wooden beams. These are located in a quiet location on the edge of the forest and only about 100 m from the family-friendly fine sandy southern beach. The village center and the Selliner Seebrücke are about 500 m away. House information:1 car parking space per semi-detached house is available on the property. Bikes can be stored in a separate room. A separate sauna cottage on the property can be shared by all guests. Please note that smoking is only desired on the terraces.
