Your private Room is located inside a large house shared with the Homeowners and other Guests. You have a private bathroom on other side of the house for your exclusive use. Room is very private and key locked for your privacy. All other house spaces shared with Homeowners and other Guests if present The space This is one huge room with a 2nd bedroom possible (extra charge of $18 per person per night apply to each person past the first 3 people). Your room is like a studio and has a private living room space within and up to 5 twin size beds in 400 sf of totally private space including a comfy sofa and a 40" HDTV with Roku. Your private room is a secluded and soundproof 400 sf RecRoom / ManCave. Your private space is inside our home of 2,600 square feet of space to share and, if needed and available upon request, an additional private bedroom. Note: this is not an apartment - This is a private room(s) in a residence that shows pride-of-ownership offering you a private space within). This main space is a very private converted garage space is approximately 400sf and has been fully insulated, with an individual A/C and Heat Pump mini-split unit with remote control. Natural light comes through the windows all along the top of the large insulated garage door which is secured shut for ultimate privacy and security. You have 5 nice twin beds available, pillows, all bed linens and many plush towels included and laundered. You have an additional long couch for lounging or for sleeping, plus twin floor mattresses available for additional people. Fast WiFi, 40 inch HD Flatscreen TV, Roku w/ Netflix, clothes rack and hangers, in-room private Foosball table. All this in your private personal space. You will share a guest specific nicely equipped kitchenette and guest-only refrigerator located in the main part of the house. You will have one private bathroom, and a WC bathroom toilet and semi-private hot/cold outdoor shower located in the patio and outdoor paradise area. Full shared access to Living Room, Den, Patio and Porch areas, Pool, etc. You have key locked door you can lock to your private personal space with access from inside the house where you will have keyless entry to the main house front door. Housekeeper comes one time per week is the only time access is needed by the Hosts into your private room(s). Self-serve breakfast: Fruit, cereals, milk, juice, coffee and tea provided complementary. Inside your private space you have a total of 5 twin size beds, and with advance notice we can add 2 floor mattresses, to sleep more people. And extra bedroom can also be added (Contact Hosts about availability.) Guest access You have one private bedroom and a bathroom across on the other side of the house. All other areas are shared with Homeowners and other Guests. You have a nicely equipped shared guest kitchenette and large shared refrigerator. (Main kitchen is not available for your, Guests, use.) During your stay Hosting Homeowners and other Guests will be around the property so you may see them around. Property is spacious so no one should feel crowded. Other things to note This is one large private room. Option for an additional bedroom with king size bed if needed for your group and subject to availability. Ask Hosts.
