The space Listing Description Welcome to Lynx Lake Lodge, a tranquil haven nestled on the peaceful shores of the secluded Lynx Lake in the charming town of Kearney. This large family cabin and Bunky is the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and nature, providing high-speed WiFi, a refreshing sauna, and generous space to comfortably accommodate your loved ones. The sun filled main floor is their perfect place to gather with access to expansive outdoor deck. Bask in the sun on the sandy beach that stretches along 300 feet of waterfront, or venture along the lakeside trail leading to a 20 X 8-foot dock. Space Our 4 -acre property is a feast for explorers, boasting a rich, wooded landscape that's all yours to discover. For water enthusiasts, we provide 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, and a stand-up paddleboard. Step into the lodge to be greeted by an open-concept living space basking in natural sunlight, thanks to the numerous windows and direct deck access. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, air fryer, drip coffee maker, French press, panini press and other amenities. The dining area, adjacent to a large table seating 10, offers an additional fridge for storing extra food and beverages. The main living space houses a large couch set around a 60” Smart TV, perfect for cozy evenings in. The main lodge offers a variety of sleeping arrangements across three levels. The upper level hosts a large, open loft with a single and double bed, with three additional bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed, 32” Smart TV, and a private balcony. The lowest level offers sleeping accommodation for three guests, with a bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a sheltered single bed beneath the stairs. Other Details A 25 X 10-foot deck accessible from the main living area overlooks the stunning landscape. The basement grants access to a cool, shady sitting area furnished with 6 Muskoka chairs (16 plastic muskoka smchairs are also provided). The waterfront is easily accessible from this level, and an outdoor sauna nearby adds a touch of luxury. An exterior bunkie over the garage houses a loft-style living space, offering additional sleeping for up to 12 more guests, complete with a 3 piece washroom, kitchenette, a living area (with pull out couch and double bed), and two private bedrooms. The beach features shallow water entry, and a spacious seating area around a large outdoor firepit. A trail leads guests along the waterfront to the dock. The quiet bay is a great location for swimming. Explore the local charm of Kearney with its range of shops and food options, or delve into the wilderness of Algonquin Park through the Rain Lake access point.
