This special accommodation is ideal for a holiday for two. The rustico "Casa Mimosa" is located in the picturesque village of Borgomaro, about 15 km from the beaches of the coastal town of Imperia and about 40 km from the Piedmontese high mountains. It is located on the upper edge of the village between other holiday homes and offers a rustic ambience with comfortable, modern furnishings. The space The approximately 50 square metres, which extend over two and a half levels connected by beautiful Ardesia stone stairs, include everything you need for a relaxing stay for two: - a small entrance area with cloakroom - a newly renovated bathroom with a natural stone washbasin, a walk-in shower and a toilet - a spacious bedroom with a comfortable wooden bed with a new 140 cm wide latex mattress, a wardrobe with mirrors on the inside of the doors, a large wardrobe, a wicker chair and beautiful wall niches for storage - a renovated kitchen with a small kitchen unit with granite worktop, sink and gas hob, electrical appliances (fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster), table and chairs, as well as an antique kitchen cupboard with great crockery and cutlery - a small living room with a fireplace, a cosy couch, a reading corner with a rocking chair and double doors to the terrace - a rustic stone terrace with parasol, view of the valley, privacy screen to the neighbouring house, a large round table and comfortable chairs - a small vaulted cellar with a new washing machine and space to safely store bicycles Guest access The house has its own entrance and all rooms are available for guests. Other things to note The entrance door and the door to the bathroom are less than 2 metres high. Tall people should be careful here so as not to bump their heads.
