The space Relax and enjoy this 2,100 sqft, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain getaway that can accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring a hot tub, game room, putting green, EV Charger, fast internet and large outdoor space. All bedrooms were designed for restful nights, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, blackout curtains and storage space. Please no bachelor, bachelorette, prom, graduation, or similar parties. Please no additional guests or events to exceed the total maximum number of guests of 10. The lower living area has a down filled sectional and 60” tv for streaming movies and shows. There is a separate game room with Pop-A-Shot, foosball, darts, shuffleboard and lots of outdoor games. Outside you will find a propane fire pit, dining table and benches, two bbq’s, a hot tub, putting and chipping greens and a wood burning fire pit with adirondak chairs (for use when no burn ban in effect). We’ve designed our cabin to be a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. It’s equipped with everything you need for a great stay including these amenities: • Game Room: Pop-A-Shot basketball, foosball, darts, shuffleboard, outdoor games, snow toys • Wi-Fi: Stay connected or stream your favorite shows with 250 Mbps internet. Great for video calls for remote working in a beautiful setting. Many vacation rentals do not have a fast enough internet for reliable video conferencing. • Smart TV: Watch movies and shows on a 60” flat-screen TV with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc). • Heating & Air Conditioning: Stay comfortable year-round. • Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. • Coffee Bar: Coffee maker, electric kettle and some coffee, tea, cream and sugar provided • Hot Tub: Relax while enjoying the spectacular views • Electric Car Charger: Charge your EV car from the convenient 240V outlet in the driveway (will need to bring your own cord/adaptor) • Office Space: Cozy nook with desk, chair and pocket door for privacy • Outdoors: 3 acres of private space to enjoy, direct access to miles of trails from property, propane fire pit, wood burning fire pit, 2 bbq’s, putting greens • Kid Friendly: Pack N’ Play, kid dishes/utensils, kid books and toys Guest access Guests will have full access to the house, property and the garage with the game room. The other garage and a few closets in the house with personal items will be locked during your stay. The property has two connecting driveways at the end of Quad Dr. Either can be used but during the winter months, only the driveway on the left will be plowed. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Winter advisory: (Dec-Mar) The main roads up to the driveway and the driveway will be kept plowed, 4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended. Refunds will not be given for weather/travel related complications. Other things to note Confirmation of payment for any reservation shall constitute the guest’s full acceptance of, and agreement to, the terms and conditions set forth in the Rental Agreement.
