The master bedroom on the first floor includes a Queen bed, full sofa bed, and double bed (sofa bed and double bed can be set up upon request), vanity with mirror, desk, TV (Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Max), AC, WiFi, fridge, microwave, and spacious closet. The second bedroom, located on the second floor, offers a Queen bed, nightstand, TV (Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Max), AC, WiFi, fridge, microwave, and closet. Perfect for families or groups seeking space and flexibility. Bathrooms: The master bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom with hot water. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with a bathtub and hot water, located on the same floor and shared exclusively with the host. Access to the Entire House: Guests have access to all common areas, including the kitchen with utensils, dining room, living room, study (second floor), patio, and social bathroom. The host’s bedroom and private bathroom on the second floor are the only restricted areas. Community Pool: Access to the community pool is available to enjoy a refreshing and relaxing swim. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome in the master bedroom. Please note that the second bedroom does not allow pets to maintain guest comfort. Convenient Location: • Near the Airport: Just a 10-minute drive from MCO International Airport, ideal for frequent travelers. • Close to Orlando’s Top Attractions: Only 30 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Downtown Orlando, and Oldtown Kissimmee. Guest access Guests will enter through the main gate using a panel where they need to dial 969. Once inside, I will guide them to the parking area if necessary.
