Located within the Sunrise complex in the picturesque coastal town of Tuncurry, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers a taste of the quintessential seaside lifestyle. The space ** Please be advised that renovation work is currently underway in a unit on Level 7 and is scheduled to continue through to the end of March 2026. During this period, there may be noise and other disruptions associated with tradespeople accessing the unit and using the elevator to transport tools and materials between the basement, ground floor, and Level 7. Works are expected to be carried out between 7am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that while the projected completion date is March 2026, it is subject to change due to factors beyond Forster Accommodation’s control. Featuring a six-seater dining setting and sun loungers, it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy meal times while observing dolphins frolicking, the passing boats, or the breathtaking sunset. The master bedroom boasts its own TV, gorgeous lake views, direct balcony access and an ensuite featuring a bath, spacious vanity, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom also offers a TV and balcony access, while all bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. With the added convenience of an internal laundry with washer and dryer, secure parking for two vehicles, and a lift and barbeque area within the complex, Sunrise 602 truly ensures a care-free holiday experience. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties.
