The hot tub and sauna is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not permitted to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Children are allowed in the hot tub only when accompanied by a parent or guardian and must be supervised at all times. Use the hot tub an sauna AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Depending on the Local Laws and if there is a Burn Ban imposed on any day by the local government, The outdoor firepit Will be shut down till the Burn Ban is lifted - it's an area standard! Pets are not allowed, including emotional support animals. We do not provide firewood for the firepit and Charcoal for the grill. It is sold at several locations close to the cabin. We would recommend that you bring fire starter logs. It makes everything easier. PLEASE NOTE: Fall/Winter is Ladybugs, Stink Bugs, and in the summer Palmetto Bugs season. These little guys in the Smokies are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that our cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned before and after your stay, including bug removal. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes.
