The home is away from: 8 minute drive to ThedaCare Regional Medical center 10 minute drive to fox river mall 24 minute drive to EAA (Oshkosh) 34 minute drive to Lambeau Field ( Greenbay) Our home will comfortably fit 4 occupants. ( 1 King, 1 Queen and a removable twin/Xl mattress) A cozy and fun home you’ll surly enjoy! The space The home is a upper and lower duplex. This listing is for the upper unit only! Recently Updated living room Living room TV (Amazon Fire Stick) New Kitchen Updates and Appliances Updated full bathroom First bedroom features King sized bed with desk area Second bedroom features Queen sized bed - And a removable twin/Xl mattress. One car in shared garage or one car in the shared driveway. In the left side only **The balcony in the second bedroom is completely OFF LIMITS until further notice! it will remain open as a way of an EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY! please do not use it for anything else.** Guest access You’ll have access to the entire upper unit. Only entrance for key is the first side door with steps and railing with access code keypad. The garage can be used for parking( one car). There is one other parking space available on the left side of the driveway only! Street parking is permitted on the road across the house only and according to Menasha city guidelines. Other things to note No smoking allowed indoors (non negotiable fee of $200 will be fined if smoked indoors.) This is a PET FRIENDLY home. If you are allergic to pet's PLEASE plan accordingly. We deep clean our carpets to make sure we do our best to keep our home clean according to our schedule. PET OWNERS please pick up after your pets and make note of any damage they do to the home or furnishings - honesty is the best policy! As a pet owner I understand how hard it is to figure out travel arrangements with a pet. I DO NOT charge for a deposit or a pet fee - (this never make sense to me as a dog parent). Pet's are our children. I am keeping the policy in place until a guest decides to not follow the rules. If pet's are left unattended and have separation anxiety please do you best to make sure they do not damage the home. Let's please keep it simple and just watch after them.
