Guest access We are located an hour and a half from Tumbes Airport or 2 hours from Talara Airport, on the Pan-American Highway, with quick and easy access to the house. 15 minutes from the town of Cancas and 20 minutes from the Punta Sal Hotel. In the village they have a large Supermarket called SIAR where you can stock up on food, water and 1st necessities, next door is tap and mechanical workshop. Once you arrive at the house they can order delivery to the Supermarket or restaurants in the area if they consider it pertinent. You can also get around by taxi or Mototaxi. We have a spacious gate that gives access to the patio and then to the house where two carts can be parked. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a king size bed, TV, drawers to store clothes, air conditioning, 5-speed air fan and a large balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor with 01 Queen bed, 01 cabin, drawers to store clothes with direct access to a large furnished balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. We have an additional bedroom in the 1st floor patio with a double bed, its own bathroom, a 5-speed air fan, a small cold bar and a smart TV that due to its characteristics could be used as a 6th room or service room. From the main living room you will have direct access to the terrace and pool overlooking the sea and that are inside the house. On the terrace we have a large dining table to enjoy the view of the pool and beach while eating and chatting. From the terrace deck there are two access doors to the beach where you will find a wide and spacious branch with good shade that has furniture to rest, a small table and 02 hammocks. Where we are located there are almost no stones, there are also miles of sand and sea to take long walks and connect with the nature and kindness that our beautiful beach brings us. Even so, it is recommended to be careful with the pastelillos or medusas that could appear in the sea. Never leave children unsupervised by a responsible adult. Back to the house, from the beach, we have an external shower to remove all the sand from the body and be able to enter the house and/or pool. It is requested as mandatory that the guest to know by this means, at least 03 days before entering the house: First and last name, ID number for each guest who will enter the house. If you are a foreigner, you must add each guest's date of birth to register their information on the Migration platform of the Government of Peru. Other things to note POOL Large pool overlooking the ocean 4mts x 9mts long with a depth of 1.50 meters on one side and up to 2 meters on the other, so children are asked to enter the pool in the company of a responsible adult. NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN OR PEOPLE WHO CANNOT SWIM TO ENTER THE POOL ALONE. It is the guest's responsibility to take the greatest possible care with the use of the pool and terrace to avoid any type of accident that would be their sole responsibility. Avoid consuming alcohol or other substances while in the pool area. WATER USE: The most precious and scarce resource in the entire Tumbes beach area is water, so we ask you to take care of it and manage it responsibly. Once the guest enters the house, they are provided with 10 cubic meters of water (the person in charge of receiving them will show them at that time that the well is full of water). With prudent use, it should last for 7 days. The rest of the water consumption will be at the expense of the tenant. It is recommended not to make excessive or prolonged use when showering, not to leave pipes open and to take care that the toilet lever has fitted correctly and avoid water leakage. You are asked to allow the person in charge (Luis) to enter to check the bathrooms (avoid water leakage), and measure the water level of the well to inform you of the percentage spent. If there is only 20% water left, Luis will notify you to ask for a tank to avoid running out of this precious element. Tank water is not suitable for human consumption. It should only be used for bathing, washing and toilets. We deliver two 20-liter boxes of water each for human consumption and cooking within the rental. The rest must be paid by the guest. SCHEDULE: Since the house is inside a private condominium, guests must abide by the condominium rules. In that sense, in order to guarantee peace and quiet, the schedules that must be respected are as follows: Sunday to Thursday: Noise and celebrations until 11:00 pm. Friday and Saturday: Celebrations are allowed until 01:00 hours the next day. HOUSEKEEPING: The house has a person in charge of cleaning the common areas of the house. GUEST DETAILS: It is mandatory to provide the name, surname and ID of all guests. If they are foreigners (not Peruvians), they must add their dates of birth to register them on the official Migration website. BIODIGESTOR SYSTEM: Solid waste from bathrooms is treated by an ecological system that degrades it with bacteria. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to throw sanitary towels, toilet paper or any other type of solid into the toilets. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and release the owners from liability. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks mentioned above and agree that you will take full responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of your group members. You agree to waive any claims against the owners for accidents or claims that arise. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understood this waiver and acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the Guests and the Host/Owner. CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY The property is provided in "as is" condition. The Host and/or staff in charge of the property will make every effort to ensure the operation of all the services of the Property, such as Internet access, access to cable television or the pool, as appropriate. The Host and/or staff in charge shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. The Guest acknowledges that the use of services such as the pool may be potentially dangerous and involves potential risks if used improperly, particularly with respect to children, and such use is at the Guest's own risk. The Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. The Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from making loud noises and shall not disturb, endanger, or annoy the neighbors, nor shall they use the Property for any immoral, offensive, or illegal purpose, nor shall they violate any law, Condominium rules or ordinance, nor shall they commit waste, negligence, or nuisance on or around the Property.
