The 2nd floor bdrm has a queen bed with a BIFOLD BARN door, the 3rd floor bdrm is its own private oasis boasting a queen bed, a desk, closet and futon. Cozy, updated, historical and has beautiful surroundings. A few blocks to amazing restaurants, Mile of Music venues, Performing Arts Center, The Expo Center, Lawrence University, parks, river trails, and shopping. The space This is a 2nd and 3rd story place boasting an updated bathroom including a tile, glass block wall-in shower. The kitchen is also updated and fully equipped. We are located near the Fox River and the historical Downtown Appleton. The river also has great walking trails and a few wonderful restaurants with beautiful views! Guest access Enter at the front of the property 601B. Park a little to the left of the middle of the driveway so vehicles can enter and exit garage. You may walk from the driveway around to the front to enter 601b or you can park on 5th St. Other things to note We consider pets. $35 pet fee. Sometimes, in July, river moths pay a visit outside as we live near the Fox River. They can be a nuisance, but are harmless.
