There will be no charge for the use of equipment in common areas, or reimbursement for non-use due to maintenance or shutdown for cleaning or repair. * The cleaning fee is for periods of up to 10 days. After ten days, a new cleaning fee will be charged directly to the host, which will be made at the property on the 10th day or close to it, as agreed with the guest.
