Other things to note A) The renter and all guests MUST fully respect all rules of the REGULATION and REGULATIONS OF the CLUB HOUSE FARM, especially with regard to the PROHIBITION OF LOUD SOUND, and PRIVACY OF NEIGHBORS. If the Security/Police is contacted, they can measure the sound/noise (noise) and impose fines. Any fines applied will be borne exclusively by the LESSEE, according to the agreement signed, including the IMMEDIATE TERMINATION AND TERMINATION of the lease in advance. So we have your cooperation! B) We recommend that guests take all the products that will be consumed during the rental, such as cleaning products (detergent, dish sponge, etc.), toiletries (toilet paper, soap, etc.) and food of any nature (salt, sugar, oil, etc.). The house has water filters, so it is not necessary to bring mineral water. C) It is forbidden to open any and all lockers and/or compartments that are locked or hold personal items and/or wardrobe of the owners - if you need something additional, ask for help from the employees who will work during the rental. D) It is forbidden to leave with any object of the property.
