Find your bliss in the towering redwoods! This private suite has comfortable amenities, tasteful decor, and an accommodating host 😊. It features a well-stocked kitchenette, not a full kitchen (see amenities). Walk 5 min to hike/bike trails, drive 5 min to downtown Arcata/CalPoly drive 10 min to Arcata Marsh and Humboldt Bay, or 15 min pristine beaches. Humboldt is all about NATURE: Hike, bike, surf, raft, kayak, paddle board. Followed by excellent restaurants/bars/entertainment downtown. The space This unique, gorgeous guest suite is attached to a home, but securely sectioned off to have its own entrance with plenty of privacy. There is a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, counter-top oven/toaster, electric kettle, and a Keurig for making coffee (dishes, glasses, basic food prep-ware, coffee and tea supplies included with rental). While there is not a kitchen sink, for stays longer than 2 nights we trade out the dish tub to ensure you always have the kitchen supplies you need. The private bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam queen-sized bed and quality linens, a closet with hangers and “cubbies” for your items, a smart TV, lots of natural light and well-loved plants. It connects to a full bathroom with a shower and basic toiletries. The second bedroom has a memory foam twin bed (soo comfy) with loads of velvet pillows to mold to your whim. It also has a well-stocked kitchenette and a dining table with two chairs. This Retreat also boasts its own private, small patio at the entrance with a soothing fountain, seating, and a propane fire pit . Soak in the redwoods as you lounge by the fire! Sign into the 55' smart TV to watch your favorite streaming services. The wifi is strong for all your streaming and online needs. This suite does share some walls, so we require and honor "quiet hours" from 9pm-9am. Guest access Guests have private access to their patio, living room/kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note I occasionally will need to retrieve items from the storage room just off your patio. I will do my best to do so when you are not here. If I am unable to wait I will announce myself before coming around the corner to avoid unpleasantly surprising you!
