Location perfection! Relax with the family in this peaceful 2 bedroom unit (3 beds) within 250m of Port Douglas' 4 mile beach. Macrossan Street is 800m walk providing easy access to shopping and restaurants; no car required. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, with a King bed in the main bedroom, the option of a double or 2 singles in the second bedroom and the couch can convert to a sofa bed if required. All amenities are provided including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc. The space Upstairs features 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a shared balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. Downstairs features a living area with kitchen and dining, a bathroom including toilet, shower and laundry facilities, an outside patio beside the pool and a separate courtyard with BBQ, table and chairs as well as an outdoor shower. If required, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Guest access Guests have full access to all parts of the unit, a covered parking bay right next to the unit and they can of course enjoy the shared pool. Other things to note Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is by 10am. The new Splash Park is 500 metres walk away on the same road as the property. No pets, parties or unregistered guests permitted. No smoking, vaping in or around the property. It is a quiet area so please be mindful of noise levels at all times, particularly after 10pm. Pool use at the complex is between 7am and 7pm. Bikes are available but there is no guarantee around this as they may not be in working order. To use the bikes, contact the owner on the number provided. Tennis rackets and balls, and beach chairs available to use.
