Comfortable space.Arconditioned,good internet, kitchen with washing machine, microwave ,very well located,building with elevator and with access to stream netflixna tv. The space apartment in a great location, two blocks from the mall, parallel to Independência, which is our main avenue, where there are all the pubs, three blocks from the train, very quiet and safe place. Guest access to access the apartment: we will receive it,as we do not have a concierge. Other things to note It has an elevator and is on the fourth floor. The apartment is neither in the front nor in the back, it is in the middle of the building. (We don't have a garage.)
