A warm and comfortable home in the heart of Cappadocia, just a 3-minute walk from Ortahisar center, with two spacious private terraces. From the terraces, enjoy views of the town, Zindan Hill, the distant silhouette of Uçhisar Castle and, in suitable weather conditions, hot air balloons. Göreme Open Air Museum and Göreme National Park are about 5 km away, while the balloon launch areas are around 10 km away. The 3-bedroom home is comfortable for 6 guests and can accommodate up to 7 adults. The space One of the most special features of this home is its two spacious private terraces, each offering a different way to enjoy the space. From the terraces, you can take in views of Ortahisar, Zindan Hill and the distant silhouette of Uçhisar Castle. Depending on the weather and wind conditions, hot air balloons can also be seen from the terraces. The terraces are especially enjoyable around sunrise. You can start your day in the peaceful morning atmosphere, accompanied by birdsong and views of Cappadocia, or simply sit outside and enjoy the scenery at different times of the day. The approximately 110 m² home has 3 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The home also offers Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a natural gas boiler and radiators in each room. The kitchen has the essential equipment you may need to prepare your own meals during your stay. Modern comforts are combined with authentic and antique decorative details, giving the home a warm and distinctive character. Guest access The entire home is exclusively yours throughout your stay. There are no shared areas in the apartment. You are free to use all three bedrooms, the kitchen, bathroom, WC and both private terraces. The terraces are exclusively available to the guests staying at the home. Parking is also possible in suitable open areas around the building. You will not need to share any common areas with other guests during your stay. Other things to note The home is located on the top floor of the building and is accessed by stairs. The home can accommodate up to 7 adults. However, in terms of sleeping arrangements and overall comfort, it is more comfortable for groups of 6. For a group of 7 adults, two guests will need to share a bed due to the available sleeping arrangements.
