Whether vacation, road trip, between homes, or visiting family, let Eagle’s Nest be your home base! The space This bright and comfortable top floor corner 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo shares no walls with neighbors and is completely yours. There are wide stairs up to the second floor unit just steps off the private parking lot. Once inside you’re greeted by the bright and airy open concept kitchen, living, and dining room with sliding doors to your own balcony affording indoor/outdoor living complete with propane grill. There’s a large coat & boot closet near the front door and down the hallway is a washer & dryer closet, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and two bedrooms at the end. The primary bedroom has a King bed and own en-suite 5 piece bathroom with shower/tub, Smart TV, dual closets, dresser, and nightstands with charging stations. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet, work station with desk & printer, chair, Smart TV, and nightstands with charging stations. Both rooms have high quality linens, blackout curtains, privacy shades, ceiling fans, luggage racks, and ample storage. All bed and bath linens are provided with extra pillows and blankets available, and bathrooms are stocked with sink, shower, and toiletry essentials. The living room has a Smart TV (Netflix and free channels provided on all TVs), electric fireplace for year round ambiance and warmth, comfortable seating, and a space to store ski boots & wet jackets in the utility closet. The kitchen is fully stocked and organized with everything you need to cook meals along with some pantry staples and small appliances: toaster, electric kettle, and hand mixer. Appliances include: dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, oven, and microwave, and a coffee station with both a drip coffee machine and Kuerig (coffee bag and starter pods provided). The condo has high speed WiFi, great hot water and water pressure, baseboard heating and modern window A/C units installed in the bedrooms in the summer months. Across the street from the condo is access to the paved nature trails that wind along the fishable river throughout town surrounded by 360 degree Mountain View’s. Be sure to keep an eye out for the abundant wildlife: deer, elk, eagles, hawks, blue herons, prairie dogs, ferrets, and if you’re lucky a moose! Guest access Guests have exclusive private use of the entire condo and will be provided with their own unique condo access code on arrival day which will expire on checkout day. Other things to note Please Note: The Condo Association has a very strict No Smoking or Vaping policy for anywhere on the compound premises (including lawns, walkways, parking lot, stairwells, common space, and on balconies), and Eagle’s Perch also has a very strict policy of No Smoking or Vaping of any kind inside the condo or balcony. Animals are not allowed (part of HOA rules for renting) which includes emotional support animals. This is not an accessible unit as you must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the unit. The condo was not furnished with kids or baby safety in mind so please contact Gretta if you have questions about stays with children/babies. Bikes and skis are not allowed inside the condo. There is a bike rack in the parking lot. The condo is located in a gorgeous tree-lined family neighborhood and we ask guests to conduct themselves with respect for neighbors and for the integrity of this quality furnished condo.
