This includes the indoor jetted bathtub, game room, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. Check-in is simple and convenient with our keyless self check-in system. The only exceptions are two locked owner's closets, which are not accessible to guests. Other things to note * City Requirements: The City of Big Bear Lake requires a separate rental agreement to be signed before your arrival. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles. This verification is managed through a secure portal called SuiteOp after your reservation is confirmed. * Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. * Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking; 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of check-in.
