Other things to note There is an ADU unit behind the home. Please do not disturb the tenants who are staying back there. The neighbor to the right of the driveway is also extremely sensitive to noise. His bedroom is on the other side so please do not hang out outside after dark or keep the door open with music playing. He can hear everything and gets very upset. Respect the quiet hours.
