The space This unique space is set up for those wanting to work remotely, kite surfers / water enthusiasts or for those requiring more than just a room. Your rooms are located on the ground floor, at the rear of our home in the upmarket, secure neighbourhood of Bloubergstrand. Boasting views of Table Mountain Robben Island and the Atlantic Ocean, we are only a 500 m walk to the beach. You will enter through your separate entrance into the private chill out lounge (which has a sofa bed) with direct views of the pool and garden area. Continue through to your bright, airy, en-suite bedroom, which is followed by the shared kitchenette. Hi speed Fibre mesh WIFI. The three interconnecting rooms, all have double glass, sliding doors with views and access to our gorgeous pool, garden and entertainment area, which features an outdoor kitchen and braai. There is an interior Trelidor security door that separates your area from the rest of the house. We have a wash down and hanging area for wetsuits, harnesses, equipment etc. Equipment can be safely stored in our double garage with remote control access provided. This space is great for those who have the luxury to work remotely. We do have other rooms available for larger groups all with their own bathrooms (please enquire). Guest access 500 m walk to MyCiti bus route. Centrally located for quick Uber and take away delivery services. Close to several grocery / liquor stores (PnP, Checkers, Woolworths) at Eden on the Bay and Seaside Village. Easy walk to Doodles, Blue Peter, Marine Circle and Eden on the Bay. One dedicated off street, parking bay. Street parking available also. Private mobile security patrols constantly monitor the area 24 hrs a day. Other things to note Private entrance.
