In the area: - Cycling/mountain bike route (Alps-Adriatic Trail), starting point right in front of the house, e-bike rental 10-minute walk. - Numerous hiking trails, rafting, skiing, motor park in the vicinity - Two riding stables in the village The space The house consists of three bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with double bed, single bed and baby crib - 1 children's room with bunk bed and single bed - 1 bedroom with French double bed - Bed linens and towels available - A fall protection available on request - Bathroom with corner bathtub, shower and double sink - Fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine - Living room with Swedish stove (childproof) - Garden with two terraces, dining options inside and out, garden lounge, play options for children and great fireplace with grill. - Large entrance area for ski gear, jackets and shoes - Children and dogs are welcome :-)! Guest access Barrier-free access to the house, garden and terraces, large parking area. Accessibility via key safe. Other things to note The house is intended for the exclusive use of vacation guests! However, it can happen every now and then that in the rear private part of the house, the house must be entered briefly for important work or because something has to be picked up by the landlord. For this purpose, a common entrance is used, but not the living area of the house and the garden, so that there is no disturbance of the vacation guests.
