Guest access The entire three levels of the house are yours to enjoy. I describe it as an urban colonial town home. Other things to note WRITERS CONFERENCE ATTENDEES I have one bedroom with a Queen size bed on the first floor that I normally don't rent as it only has a half bath. During the writers conference in February that bedroom is available. I also have a twin size couch mattress so during the conference the house can accommodate 6-7 women if they are willing to share a king size bed. So four beds altogether in separate rooms if sharing is not an option.
