Located in Nikki Beach Residence about 75 minutes from Panama City and 5 minutes from the "Mareas Mall / Ocean Mall" Shopping Center with Supermarkets, Pharmacies…Buenaventura Golf Resort, Restaurants, Felipe Motta… The space Our space has an excellent layout: - Large room with two (2) double beds, dresser, nightstand, desk, full-length mirror, blackout roller blinds and micro-perforated curtains, A/C and fan. - Private and spacious bathroom. - Fully equipped kitchen with large capacity refrigerator, four (4) burner glass-ceramic electric stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, toaster and kitchen utensils such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, pyrex, stainless steel water tank and other utensils. - Large living room with smart TV and sofa bed. living room with sofa bed, large terrace with hammock and the best ocean view and a well-equipped kitchen. - Terrace with ocean view, has one (1) hammock, breakfast table to enjoy a rich breakfast in front of the ocean, two (2) armchairs and table. The apartment is delivered with: - High speed internet. - basic first aid kit - Body and beach towels - fully made beds - pillows - iron and ironing board - hair dryer - Portable clothesline - kitchen towel or cleaning cloth Everything is property of the apartment, if damage or missing, an additional cost will be established for its replacement. The apartment is delivered with supplies: - toilet paper - paper towel - napkins - disposable cleaning wipes - dish soap * Once the supplies are finished there is no replacement. The residential complex has: - 24 hour security - Ample, fenced and free parking. - Laundry area with washing center, the washer and dryer machines work with coins. - Pickleball court - Restaurant in front of the pool (with service from Friday to Sunday and holidays - BBQ for rent, required to book the designated areas with the administration. - Ice bag for the cost of $2.00 US dollars, in the administration. - Additional cleaning and laundry service can be coordinated with management at an additional cost, to be covered by the guest. Additional charges for non-compliance with hosting or management rules or regulations: - Failure to comply with the rules of use by the guest or their companions, must cover the total amount of the penalty or fine, in US dollars. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. If you break the rule, you will be charged $100.00 per pet per night. - The apartment is for the exclusive use of the registered guests in the reservation. No outside visitors, gatherings, or parties are allowed inside the apartment. The spaces in the social area intended for these celebrations must be used. - Only a maximum of four (4) people can stay in the apartment. If you break the rule and do not notify in the reservation, you will be charged $40.00 US dollars per person (adult or minor) per night. Guest access The residential complex has a gatehouse and wide, illuminated walkways without steps, which interconnect the entire residential complex, parking area, common area and direct access to the white sand beach. It has a large parking area, fenced and free. The apartment towers have stairs and elevators. Other things to note The residential complex has natural well water and the apartment has a water reserve tank. Access to the laundry area through the Administration for a fee (Coin-operated machines).
