A 2-minute walk from the train station that takes you to downtown Lisbon in 20 minutes and 5 minutes' walk to the sea, this space is a true historical retreat, almost 90 years old. It has been meticulously decorated, respecting the dazzling tiles and original architectural details that tell stories. There's a shared garden on the front that it's just a passage to the entry to the house entry door and the studio. Second door right side gives you total access to the studio and the balcony. All the other places/doors/rooms/bathrooms/stairs inside the house, are NOT allowed to guests. On the back there's a " wild garden" that's it's not allowed to guests. Other things to note On the mansion there's cct cameras pointing the entrance gates and surrounding areas of the house. This of course adds more security and doesn't interfere or point the studio. If you don't agree with this please don't book it. The area is quiet and central but keep in mind that there's roads closeby that could ad some noise and the surroundings houses have gardens and we never know when their gardeners will work with gas power tools.
