Other things to note Parking Instructions We’re located in a lovely residential area in North Miami Beach. While parking is limited, it’s more accessible and affordable compared to South Beach. *Here are some details to help with parking during your stay: *Weekdays (Monday to Friday): You can park for free on Harding Ave from 7 am to 6 pm. *Evenings and Overnight: There’s a public parking lot behind our building, free from 6 pm to 8 am daily. *Weekends: Parking on Harding Ave is not permitted, so you’ll need to use the public lot, where metered parking is $1.25 per hour from 8 am to 6 pm. *If you’re staying through the week, you can move your car in the morning to Harding Ave to avoid parking fees.
