The property comprises four well-appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a closet, attached washroom, and a private balcony overlooking the lawn. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining two are on the first floor. Guests can enjoy two spacious and tastefully designed living areas—one on each floor—both offering lawn views, comfortable 8-seater sofas, a TV, indoor games, and a kitchenette area. (Please note: the living areas are non-air-conditioned.) The private swimming pool is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 12–15 guests and includes a separate kids’ pool, making it ideal for families and group stays. Nestled away from the city’s hustle and bustle, the villa offers a serene and tranquil environment, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from crowds and noise. The property is located approximately 1 km from the main road, ensuring both accessibility and complete privacy. *Please Note- Outside foods are not allowed.
