Other things to note -28 KM from Pen Railway Station - Pool timings from 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Refundable security deposit: A security deposit of ₹5000 is collected at the time of check in and refunded back at the time if check out if no damages are detected However, if any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit. -This property has Inverter backup that lasts for 3-4 hours only once the electricity goes. -Credit card and Debit card payments are not accepted -Playing loud music anytime during the stay is prohibited. Soft music can be played only in indoors post 10 pm. Pet rules: Pets are allowed, applicable ₹ 800 additional charge for accommodation. Please Note: Pets are not permitted in the pool. Kindly ensure that you bring along your pet's bowls and bedding Pet waste cleanup: Guests should be responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any waste or messes made in the rental property. This home has inverter backup lasting 3–4 hours during power outages. Due to the remote/hilly location, occasional electricity cuts may occur. Heavy appliances may not function during backup. - For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the use of hookah and any kind of legal/intoxicating substances is not permitted on the property.
