The living room features a stylish leather couch that comfortably seats 3, an accent chair with a chase for relaxation, a cozy fireplace, a game/wine cabinet for entertainment, a TV for movie nights, and throw blankets for added comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a foot bench with storage for convenience, nightstands for personal items, and lamps for reading in bed. Guests can unwind in the spacious bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower, a large soaker tub for relaxation, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for a hassle-free stay. This outdoor patio set is perfect for enjoying a cozy night in with your significant other. Enjoy the security of fenced and gated facilities, complete with electronic locks, ensuring a private and safe environment for your recreational activities. The cabin is equipped with pickleball equipment, a basketball, and additional games like axe throwing and cornhole, providing endless entertainment for all ages. A comprehensive pickleball rule book is available in each cabin, ensuring that guests can easily familiarize themselves with the game while enjoying their stay. Please note that all users of the recreational areas do so at their own risk, allowing for a fun and engaging experience in a beautiful setting. **Firewood Provided** General Information - A full-size washer and dryer are available in the bathroom. An Air Mattress is provided for two additional guests. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4, with no exceptions. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo. Don’t forget these items when you come to visit: • Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year). • We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must. • Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams. • Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies. • Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning. • Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
