The space Location location location, this 2nd floor unit is a 5 minute walk to West Dearborn Street and Olde Englewood Village and a 7 minute drive to Manasota Key. Englewood may be considered a small area, but has many things to offer, such as nearby shopping, restaurants, water activities, wine tasting, golfing, and regular events just steps away to Dearborn Street. This 2nd floor apartment sits above the owner’s custom cabinetry business that is open Monday through Friday regular business hours. With its own private rear entrance with keyless entry pad, renters can come and go as they please. Unit is accessed through a separate private hall and stairway. No cabinets are manufactured at this location, sales office only. Unit is equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach, coolers, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella and folding chairs. Bedroom one has a queen bed with access to sitting balcony, bedroom two also has a queen bed. One queen mattress is a 10” memory foam and the other a Serta queen motion bed, both very comfortable. Both bedrooms have Roku TV's. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and is fully equipped with lots of small appliances and utensils for those who enjoy cooking. Living room has a 42” smart TV and DVD player. Full bathroom inside unit and half bath and laundry area downstairs near patio. Downstairs also has an outdoor shower spray for a nice Florida rinse after a day at the beach. Balcony runs across the front of unit and is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine.
