The house is on the fifth floor, and the elevator goes up to the fourth floor, and then there is a small flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Other things to note The hot water is managed by an electric water heater, you can take two full showers very well, but once the hot water is finished you will have to wait a while for it to warm up again. The TV is smart, so you can view the various entertainment platforms by access with your accounts, but it does NOT have an antenna to see the networks. The accommodation has a security door. NB: The building in which the apartment is located is under renovation, so the terrace of the house will not be accessible from January to March.
