The space The home sits at the edge of the tropical forest, offering treetop views and a front-row seat to nature. From the terrace, you can often spot toucans, macaws, monkeys, iguanas, butterflies, and other local wildlife. Guest access The house is located on a mountaintop behind Jacó. Having your own car is ideal, though taxi service is available in the area. The main access via Villalapas is mostly paved, and the 6 miles to Jacó are on a gravel road. During the rainy season (April–November), a 4WD or 4×4 vehicle is recommended for added comfort. The property features a secure garage with an electric gate for two cars. Other things to note All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the common areas feature ceiling fans and additional fans for comfort. The entire house has window screens. Due to its unique location at the edge of the jungle, you may occasionally notice insects or small wildlife outside, especially during the rainy season. Two local restaurants are within easy walking distance (10–15 minutes) and offer delicious meals, with delivery available to the house. The area offers a wide variety of activities, including ziplining, ATV tours, boat trips to Tortuga Island or along the Tárcoles River for crocodile and bird watching, horseback riding to the Bijagual Waterfalls, water sports, and beautiful beaches for every taste.
