You will be charmed by : *Its location : few minutes from Val Saint-Côme ski station *Its multiple swings and games for kids *Its game room with a foosball & pool tables *Its hot tub *Its backyard with a firepit and plenty of games for kids No checkin/checkout on Saturdays, Dec 25th-Jan 1st - 16 people MAX - 8 adults maximum The space *Builded on 2 floors, Chalet Kascade is the perfect place to spend some memorable days with your family or your friends. *Located a few minutes from Val Saint-Come ski station, you won't be disappointed by the nature and activities around our spacious chalet. *With its 4 closed bedrooms, its 2 full bathrooms its fully equipped kitchen, its living room and game room, Chalet Kascade was designed to offer an unforgettable stay for everyone. *Outside, you will love its huge backyard with a hot tub, an outdoor fireplace with swings and plenty of game for kids. **Please note that any type of party or excessive noise, after 10PM, that could disturb our neighbourhood will be charged an additional fee of $1000 as well as an immediate eviction. Please respect our neighbourhood. Fireworks are prohibited at any time, no exception. A photo of your ID might be asked** Guest access ✦ You will have access to the entire chalet (with the exception of storage spaces) and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy. Other things to note *****From November to April we recommend a 4WD vehicle with winter tires to get to the chalet, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs**** *IMPORTANT*
 Once the reservation is confirmed, a form, along with an ID, will need to be completed in order to comply with Article 7.1 of By-law No. 657-2021 of the Municipality of Saint-Côme. *CAMERAS* Please note that we have a security camera outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. The camera os located in front of the chalet pointing the parking. It is forbidden to move the angle of the camera or to disconnect it. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. *KARAOKE* Please note that we've replaced the karaoke speaker with a new one, as the previous one was damaged by a past guest. Starting on May 1st 2026, the karaoke setup won't be available anymore. *TV* We have smart TVs in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV. *FIREPLACE* We do have an electrical fireplace in the chalet. *ANIMALS* One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving.
