The space Welcome to our spacious and comfortable three-bedroom, multi-level home, perfectly suited for families, groups, or friends looking for a relaxed base just outside Edinburgh. Set over multiple levels, the house offers plenty of space to spread out while still feeling cosy and homely after a day of exploring. PLEASE READ: While the listing states a maximum of 5 people, we can accommodate, 5 adults and 3 children under the age of 16. We have had to limit this due to scottish licensing laws. Please let us know the ages of children accompanying you. Sleeping arrangements All bedrooms are located on the first floor and are thoughtfully set up for a great night’s sleep: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Double bed and single bunk bed Bedroom 3: Single bed Living room: Double sofa bed Fresh, hotel-quality linen is provided for all guests.
