Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, ground floor, first floor and basement with laundry room, private garage, private garden with lake and mountain view. Other things to note ★ Upon departure guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax (€1 per person per night +16 years old for a maximum of 15 nights) - for bookings confirmed before 17 December. ★ In winter season when heating is necessary electricity is charged separately based on consumption. We read the meter at check-in and check-out to calculate the actual usage. (€0,30/kW). ★ We love animals and they are welcome, if you decide to bring your pet along, we charge an additional 50€ per pet per stay. ★ There is a wall box for recharging electric cars only at night and to be paid extra according to consumption (0,80€/kW). ★ Guest registration: In accordance with Italian law, we must collect a copy of a valid ID or passport for all guests.
