Our place is equipped with the following furnitures and appliances for our guests' usage: -Queen Sized Bed (extra floor mattress) - Smart TV UHD ( with Netflix and Youtube) - Iron for clothes - Microwave Oven - Rice Cooker - Electric Kettle - Refrigerator - Dining Table -Basic kitchen utensils & cookware - 3-Seater Sofa -shower heater -bidet ++with 200mbps internet We can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Additional guest fees may apply. Kindly ensure that the correct number of guests is indicated at the time of booking to reflect the appropriate charges and so we can adequately prepare the space for your stay. DEFAULT SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: **Bedroom: Features a Queen-sized bed. Accommodates up to 2 guests. Additional arrangements for EXTRA GUESTS: **Additional Bedding: One 3-inch Uratex Double-sized floor mattress is available to accommodate 4 extra guests (2 guests per bed) Please note that the unit is prepared according to the number of guests indicated in your booking. To ensure accurate pricing and proper arrangements, we recommend specifying the correct number of guests at the time of reservation, as rates may vary based on occupancy. Guest access Other hotel-type amenities and facilities to enjoy in the building are the ff: - Swimming pool and spa complex - In-pool lounge and wooden deck Other amenities are exclusive for residents/owners. Please be advised of the BUILDING House Rules & Guidelines: 1. Swimming Pool is closed every Monday for disinfection & cleaning. Accessible by guest from Tue to Fri only, except holidays. Kindly register at the front desk before using the pool. ~Free access for first 3 guests, succeeding is P300 per head.~ 2. Trash collection is 9:00 AM to 12NN and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. 3. No Tampering of Elevators controls. Press only your designated floors. 4. No Smoking/Vaping, a penalty will be incurred for violators. 5. Spa usage is Php300/hr. We also offer on-site parking space with a fee. Availability of the said parking is upon confirmation of booking. PM us for more details. **PARKING GUIDELINES** Please be reminded of the following parking guidelines: 1. The clearance height of the driveway is 2.1 meters. Vehicles exceeding this height cannot enter the parking premises. 2. Illegal parking is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty. 3. Kindly use your assigned parking slot during the valid period. NOTE: ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND IDs OF EACH GUEST FOR PROPER ENDORSEMENT TO ADMIN & CONCIERGE. NO ID, NO ENTRY. Disclaimer: We, the Host, reserves the right to modify guest access without prior notice. All guests and the HOST must abide to the Building Administration's guidelines at ALL times. Other things to note 1.Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outside the unit at all times. Please see “House Rules” for fines imposed. 2. Please handle all towels and linens with care. The quantity provided will be based on the guest headcount in your booking. Additional or replacement items will incur a laundry fee. 3. To maintain cleanliness, we recommend a cleaning service for guests staying up to 4 nights. This service is available for free. 4. Kindly note that complimentary drinking water and coffee are not provided. Please refer to our amenities list for available items in the unit. If you need something not listed, feel free to message us—we'll do our best to assist, but kindly manage your expectations. 5. No Cancellation, Rebooking and Refund. 6. Netflix is pre-setup for your convenience. If you find it logged out, press "Sign In" and send us the QR Code. Please note: We use 5 profiles on one account to accommodate multiple guests. For uninterrupted viewing, you may use your own account (and kindly remember to sign out before checking out). 7. All guests and visitors must be declared prior to arrival. Undeclared individuals will be denied entry by the reception as part of the building's protocol. (Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM only) 8. Please note that, as a residential building, we are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. 9. No loud noise – This is a residential area. If a ticket is issued, the guest will pay the fine. 10.Throw trash properly – Any penalty for improper trash will be charged to the guest. 11. We provide a fleece blanket suitable for tropical climates but still comfortable. Comforter available upon request, but not for same-day bookings. 12. We kindly ask you to respect our home, our team, and all building personnel at all times. Violations of this policy will result in a penalty. 13. Our house rules are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone. 14. Please note that our suite is located in a condominium building. As such, there may be instances-though rare-when nearby units conduct repairs or renovations that could cause some noise. These activities are permitted only during the designated hours of 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays. We appreciate your kind understanding.
