This cozy 1-bedroom offers natural light and a calming ambiance, perfect for both productivity and relaxation in the heart of BGC. The space What to expect :) +Double size bed, pillows and comforter for 2, 2 single floor mattresses for reservations with 3-4 guests. +55" TV connected to Roku device with Youtube, Netflix and Amazon Prime. (Guests may log in their own accounts, No local channels). +Wifi plan of up to 200 mbps, perfect for workation. +Astonishing City view +Creative and Minimalist Scandinavian 1 BR to unwind. +Spacious Kitchen where you can do light cooking. +Location. A stroll where Malls, Cafes, Restaurants, Parks and Skyline views await in every turn. +Hotel Like Pool with a view Pool use is free for the first 3 guests then there will be a 300 per guest fee after that. Pool availability is not guaranteed especially for reservations done on shorter days prior to check in and on days that the building will perform sudden maintenance. Pool is closed on Mondays. Open for Airbnb guests from Tuesdays-Fridays (except holidays) from 8am-8pm. Kindly note that the only amenity accessible to Airbnb guests within the building is the pool :) Our location is nearby sites such as Mitsukoshi Mall, Uptown Mall, British School Manila, Marquis Place events, CitiPlaza, Grand Hyatt Manila, JP Morgan Chase Tower, The Palace (Revel, Xylo, Clubhouse, Yes Please), International School Manila, Market Market, Serendra and Bonifacio High Street. For long stays of more than 2 weeks, please note that an electricity consumption cap of 20 kWh per day applies. Additional charges may be incurred if usage exceeds this limit during your stay. Other things to note -Guests must send copy of their Ids for admin endorsement prior to arrival. -Acknowledged Guest waiver (provided by us) -Must follow Condo admin’s House Rules and Regulations to avoid penalties. (To be sent on check in day) -Please note that we can accommodate infants, children, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and senior citizens. However, kindly be advised that our listing is not fully equipped to meet their specific needs. -We only have pay parking offsite building premises (about 2 minutes walk), please know that parking is not guaranteed as it is first come first serve basis. -Guests arriving late or outside our standard check-in hours are kindly requested to advise us of their ETA in advance. Unannounced late arrivals may be refused check-in.
