Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Right on the sand, pool, 1 covered and rotating car space and Wi-Fi. Our apartment is designed for you and your family to have rest days. Balcony with safety net and lateral sea view. Apartamento is located on the 12th. Easy access to the Caiçara feirinha and trade nearby. No smoking inside the apartment and on the premises. Commemorative dates, check values with owner Check-in cannot be after 10 p.m. The space Apartment has: a double bed, a single bed, two single mattresses, fans, retractable sofa, open TV, wooden panel, table with four chairs, stainless steel refrigerator, four-burner stove, microwave (220v), sandwich maker, coffee maker, kitchen cabinets, kitchen items, balcony with safety screen. TV IS NOT SMART, ONLY OPEN CHANNELS. Note: apartment is delivered clean and needs to be delivered clean at the end of the stay. Remember this house belongs to someone ! Do not leave any kind of food inside or outside the refrigerator. The trash cans are in the basement, at the end of the stay, take them. It is forbidden to leave any object in the building's corridors or hang any clothes on the windows. Guest access Leisure areas restricted to owners (game room, toy library, sauna, party room. ( subject to fine .) -area monitored by cameras . Use of the swimming pool is allowed for guests, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday to Sunday, Monday is closed for cleaning. No food, drink, or objects are allowed. You can't come in with any bandaged body parts (even band-aids). We do not accept pet ! Other things to note Any damage inside the apartment or building you will be responsible for the payment. Important: holidays, holiday months ( January and July) are other values. Loss of the key, ID card or building control will be charged to the tenant. Note : We do not provide any type of linen ( bed , table , bath and pillows)all of this is up to the guest. We do not provide beach accessories such as : chair and parasol . Note: As soon as you make your reservation, I will contact you to get all the data as soon as possible, because for the entrance to the building we need to make a permit, otherwise it will be barred. Any breach of building rules will be charged a fine . If anything is damaged inside the apartment,we will contact the guest. Smoking, hookahs, or illicit substances are not allowed in the property or on the building premises, in compliance with house rules and the next guests. Non-compliance will result in a very serious fine. Be mindful of noise inside the apartment, as it cannot exceed the limit. Use the service elevator for garbage, purchases, luggage and swimwear. Social elevator prohibited from being used in this manner. 1 covered and rotating garage space. Do not park in a private space, and always keep the ID card visible in the car.
