The beach is natural and shelly (water shoes recommended), perfect for a peaceful, laid-back coastal experience. The space • Sleeps up to 5 guests • 1 bedroom + additional sleeping in living area (bunk + trundle) • Elevated stilt home with panoramic water views • Open layout with large windows facing the bay • Balconies on multiple sides to enjoy sunrise and sunset • Fully equipped kitchen for cooking • Washer and dryer in unit • Outdoor space with seating and BBQ grill The highlight of the home is its direct access to the beach—you can walk from the house straight onto the shelly beach in seconds. Guest access Guests have full access to the home and outdoor areas. Self check-in is provided with a unique access code on the day of arrival. A valid government-issued ID is required before access details are released. Exterior security cameras are in place at entry points for safety and property protection. Other things to note Most restaurants are 20-30 minutes away. The home's water source is a well, we recommend our guests to bring bottle water to cook and drink. Bring water shoes to walk on the beach, is a shell beach not fine sand. Mosquito repellent is a MUST. There are wetlands nearby that are a beautiful landscape and facinating ecosystem, but it does produce lots of mosquitos. The arThis is a beachfront home in a natural coastal environment.
