You'll be walking distance from restaurants, locally-owned shops and the Sunday Mar Vista Farmer's Market. Centrally located just 2.5 miles from Venice Beach, 3.5 miles from Santa Monica and 2.5 miles from Culver City, you'll be close to The Getty Center, The Getty Villa and the Los Angeles County Museum. Downtown LA is 11 miles away where you can enjoy Little Tokyo, Chinatown, The Broad, Walt Disney Concert Hall and much more. Guest access The detached guesthouse is completely private. You'll have full access to a beautifully landscaped garden including an outdoor dining area and gas fire pit. Enjoy your morning coffee outside or have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Step into the garden to find Mexican sage, lantana, night-blooming jasmine, yellow elder flowers, fortnight lilies, orange trumpet bush and many other flowers as well as flowering pear, pomegranate, avocado, peach and orange trees. Other things to note Take a morning or evening stroll and you'll find people running, walking dogs, neighbors chatting and kids playing. Feel safe and free to enjoy the neighborhood. There's plenty of free street parking -- no permits needed and no day/time restrictions. Public transportation is right around the corner on Centinela — you can access the Santa Monica Big Blue Bus system which takes you to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, the Getty Center and much more. It can also connect you to LA’s Metro Rail. Walk down to Venice Blvd and you can take the Metro to literally anywhere in LA — it will also connect you to LA’s Metro Rail.
