Easy 5 minute bike ride to the town center & Samara beach. Casita Bejuco features a nice terrace overlooking its private salt-water pool that is surrounded by beautiful plants. Your private pool is all yours, it is not shared with others :) The space Casita Bejuco features a living space on the lower level with a kitchen and sofa that converts to an extra bed. The upper level with lots of windows looks out to the jungle and has the primary Queen size bed, along with a nook that contains a full size bed. Both fans and air conditioning to keep you the perfect temperature. Curtains separate the bed in the nook with the queen bed area. The terrace overlooks your own private salt-water pool with a relaxing sunshelf. The full kitchen features full size stainless refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster oven, with silverware & glassware. Casita Bejuco shares the fully fenced-in property with Casa Bejuco (Casa Bejuco is a 3 bedroom house with its own private pool - also available for rent. See http://www.AirBnb.com/h/casabejuco). Parking inside the property with security cameras. Great location walkable to town yet immersed in the jungle. 5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk to town & Samara Beach. Nearby supermarket & restaurants. Fans and AC on both levels of the casita. Guest access You'll have your own private pool, terrace, and parking spot. Please stay out of the Casa Bejuco pool. Please keep out of the Casa Bejuco yard area to give those guests their privacy. Other things to note After 2 years of an enormous amount of work, we finished building our brand new home July 2024. Hurray! 🥳 This not just a rental, this is a very special brand new home to our family. Please only rent from us if you are the type of guest who will treat our home with great care. It is important to us to be a 5-star host for you, and that you are a 5-star guest for us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🦺 Construction: Many homes are being constructed around Samara, including one on our neighboring lot. Please only book our home if you are OK with the noice that occurs during construction. 💡Outages: Samara is a developing community. It can happen at times that electric power, water, and wifi goes out for periods of time. 🐣Infants & toddlers: Our mattresses (along with everything else) are brand new, so this home is only available for children who are 100% potty trained. 🐶Animals: We will consider dogs on a case by case basis. (No cats). Please tell us about your dog. Please read our rulebook for additional dog rules. 🐜Insects: Certain times of year bugs, frogs and ants are more common in Costa Rica and may be present in the home. Fortunately, the ants that make their way inside homes in Costa Rica do not bite and eventually find their way out. Simply leave them alone and they leave you alone. They are viewed by Costa Ricans as an important part of the ecosystem. 🚿Towels: Our towels that we provide are to stay on the property. Do not bring them to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels. 🧼Soaps: Please bring your favorite soaps, shampoos & conditioners. Because everyone has their own personal preferences, we do not provide them. 💸Pricing: Our philosophy is to always put our best rate on Airbnb so anyone who books with us knows they are getting the lowest price we offer. Please do not ask for additional discounts. 😴Visitors: No overnight visitors who are not included in the guest count of your reservation. 🍗BBQ Grill: BBQ grill is charcoal. Briquettes not provided but can be easily purchased at the local supermarkets. Summary of House Rules: 🩴Take off shoes inside 🔐Keep gates locked 🚪Lock doors & windows when gone 🚭No smoking/vaping on property 🧻Only flush toilet paper, nothing else 🦮Animals: read our animal rules 🫧No antibiotic soaps or bleaches down the drains. 🚽Un-potty trained children are not allowed in beds. 🏖️No taking our towels to the beach. It is important to us that you have a wonderful stay during your time in our family's home.
