Our home offers a full eat-in kitchen ready for meals at home and opens to a spacious family room built for relaxing with a brand-new 75” TV and an overstuffed couch large enough to fit the whole group. In the front of the house is a sun-drenched living room with a beautiful desk for work needs and plenty of comfortable seating to lounge, play games, or relax with a good book. The space The whole house (including the backyard) has access to high speed Wi-Fi for everyone’s devices. In the mornings, please enjoy complimentary Nespresso and/or teas to help get your day started. The 2nd floor welcomes you with a full bathroom with tub/shower and complimentary toiletries plus three spacious and comfortable bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, sound machines and blackout shades to ensure a great night sleep (1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds). Out back there is a fully-fenced private yard with a large brick patio ready for al fresco meals under the stars. Off the Property To get a feel for Bucks County, walk just 5 minutes into historic Newtown and enjoy the friendly vibe and locally-owned shops and restaurants. Also, just 1.2 miles away is Tyler Park, a 1,711 acre state park that offers trails for hiking, biking, equestrian riding, kayaking and canoeing, and is home to one of the last 12 historic covered bridges of Bucks County. Once you’ve explored the neighborhood of Newtown, there are many other great activities in Bucks County including many local wineries and breweries offering tours and tastings, dozens of farmers markets and antique markets (including Rice’s Market), plus fun seasonal festivities at Shady Brook Farms, Peddler’s Village, and Sesame Place, to name a few. Newtown Borough mandates quiet hours for all residents between 11pm and 7am; this includes animals. We do have close neighbors on all sides so please be considerate. 2. Please keep all animals off the furniture and beds. Dog beds are provided for their comfort and your convenience. 3. We understand you may be coming to celebrate an event like a birthday, anniversary, or bachelorette and we welcome that. Please mention your event when you book. 4. Parties are not permitted. A party is defined as any group exceeding the booking headcount. Guest access The entire, private home is yours to enjoy. This includes the private off-street driveway, garage, and yard. Guests can enjoy keyless entry for contact-free check-in and check-out.
