To enjoy and relax with each other's company far away from home and stresses of life. To enjoy the Township resort style amenities like the infinity pool and the relaxing beach area. You can find nearby restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, drugstore, banks, bars, massage place, private/public transportation, laundromats, etc. The space This is a spacious alcove studio apartment (separate bedroom) that turn into a 1 BR with sliding glass dooor, that can accommodate a couple or a couple with 2 young children or 4 regular size adults. Or for singles who need a me time. The bed is a double size and the folded (like a sofa) floor mattress is a double size. The bedroom is separated by a clear glass from the living room. The full bathroom with a tub is by the bedroom. Basic toiletries are provided for 2-3 short stay to start. There is a combo washing machine by the kitchen (we provide 1 -2 sachet detergent pack only to start), no hang drying of clothes in the balcony. Please find basic daily living needs in the kitchen. There are 2 split type air conditioners. One in the LR and one in the BR. The place is minimally furnished. Less is more for a family/group stay but complete with basic daily necessities. The apartment has its own designated assigned parking on the ground floor, free of use as part of your stay. Just let the host/co-host know if you want to avail yourself ahead of time (at least a week before). A car pass will be provided and needed to show to the security guards before entering the garage. It will not be possible if you let us know that you want to use the parking spot on the day of your check-in. If this happens, you can park your vehicle in the paid parking lot for a day then start parking for free the next day. Provide us the vehicle model, color, plate number and registration (if available) for car pass application. For extra guest vehicles, there is a paid public parking nearby for PHP 25.00 for first 3hrs. PHP 5.00 per succeeding hour And for overnight parking (24 hrs) fee is PHP 130.00. There is an intercom in the apartment that connects the guests to the kind and very helpful lobby staff. Available 24/7 at your convenience. If you need assistance regarding your stay, don't hesitate to dial. Particularly at night when host/co-host is not available yet. The apartment is strictly only for 4 guests. I kindly ask to please forward copies of I.D.s (Identification) for all guests after confirmation of your booking. Or at least a week prior to check-in date for easy check-in registration at the concierge. Lastly, kindly take care of the space as you would, if it is your own. Not necessarily to keep the place the way you found it, but at least try not to make a mess, break items, and disarrange belongings. Please keep in mind that charges will incur for any damages, i.e., stains that need professional cleaning, broken tiles, window treatment damages, scratches on woods, breaking appliances, etc. etc. Charges depend on damaged/broken pieces and their repair costs. Guest access Live and enjoy all the luxurious amenities at your hand while living in the apartment. After the completion of the Mactan Newtown Beach, guidelines have changed. Airbnb guests are now required to pay for beach use at a lower rate of P350 per adult and children above 6 y.o. with 1 glass free non-alcoholic drink. Please pay at the beach reception desk and a wristband will be provided. There is a shuttle service to the beach from Savoy Hotel if you don’t want to walk. Here is the shuttle service schedule from Savoy Hotel to the Beach (9:00 am, 11:10 am, 1:10 pm, 3:10 pm, 5:10 pm). However, guests have full free access to the building pool. Parental or adult guidance for kids is a must. Beach hours are from 8am to 6pm daily and Pool hours are from 6am to 10pm, Tuesdays - Sundays except Mondays for pool maintenance. A parking spot is free of charge in your stay for your convenience. Though children have designated playground and playroom, parental/adult guidance is a must for safety. Hosts are not liable for accidents and incidents during your stay. Please do note that Mactan Newtown Community is a Township still in the making by Megaworld, so please be aware of the construction noises and sites. Due to the pandemic the development was on hold for a while adding a few more years before completion. Other things to note The Host and the Co-hosts are available at your disposal anytime. The apt. has its own combo washer unit that takes time to complete each cycle, and only a small load is recommended for each wash for efficient washing. It only spins the clothes, you still have to air dry the washing load to completely get a dry effect. PLEASE use the QUICK WASH feature. No hang drying of clothes in the balcony. It's nuisance to some. However, I recommend a fantastic laundromat walking distance from the condo. Drop your stuff, and you'll pick them up nicely folded. Reasonably priced per kilo too - less than $2 US Dollar). Enjoy your most awaited tropical vacation on the pool, on the beach. Let others do the laundry for you. The one time reasonably priced cleaning fee charges is to get the place ready for the next set of guests after you leave. If you want a clean up during your stay, there is a fee depending on the services requested i.e whole place clean up only, with or without bed sheet changes or towel changes. The charges goes to the cleaners and laundry fees. Please take note also that our airbn services never provide same hotel services, we don’t provide breakfast (breakfast places are walking distance from the building) , we don’t provide daily cleaning services for free and we don’t provide towel changes everyday for free. For daily towel changes, there is a fee of P350. We have a very low cleaning fee rate for 2 nights of stay or less, hence, only a set of towel is provided ( 1 towel each guest). For daily towel changes request, there is a fee of P350 for expedited laundry. There are unforeseen maintenance to incur with this kind of business, depending on guests usage and respect to our place i.e air conditioning over usage, water heater malfunctioning, toilet clogging-up, etc. - kindly notify the host/co-host ASAP and please allow us time to book repair appointments for the maintenance people. And please be kind and be patient enough to let us know when is the best time to do the repairs. Some guests, wanted to stay in the condo while the repairs is going on and some guest prefer to do the repairs while they are out exploring the City. Another thing I want to reiterate to Foreign Guests - Philippines is a third world country, we are still far from providing perfection when it comes to Internet Connection and Municipal Electricity blackouts are common. Internet is out of my control (supplied by the local provider, not me) and, therefore, I make no guarantees on speed or availability and no refunds shall be given pertaining to the internet. However, On this note, I still suggest a travel wifi or buy a local smart internet connection so you have WiFi anywhere you are.
