The space Welcome to this newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. With two king-sized beds and two twin beds, this home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Ample storage is available with closets and dressers in each room. The full-size bathrooms are well-equipped with hot water, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries for your convenience. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking utensils, modern appliances, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig for coffee lovers. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which seats six and is perfect for family gatherings. Entertainment is easy with TVs in the home, and family-friendly amenities like a highchair and pack-n-play are provided. Stay comfortable year-round with central AC, heating, and ceiling fans. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Outside, the private 15'x30' pool invites you to soak up the sun, with a depth of 4'-7'. You’ll also be surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and shopping options. Please note, the home is on a septic system, so only toilet paper should be flushed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, except a locked supply closet. Please swim at your own risk. **Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding! We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap. If you need anything, please contact us through the Airbnb messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST. We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult.
