Conveniently located just 4 minutes from the Amphitheater it’s the perfect spot for exploring the area. The space Our home is a little over 1,400sq ft, cute and cozy but full of BIG Entertainment for our Guests. Many long weeks were spent in transforming this space into what you see. We wanted to create a true Gem for our Amazing guests to enjoy. Our Retreat offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We also offer a luxurious Serta Sleeper sofa for our guests who require an additional bed. ENTERTAINMENT & LEISURE: - GAME ROOM: Forget all your worries and let the Fun begin !! Our Game room was curated for the ultimate hang out space. We included a Full Size Pool Table, A Full Size Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, Dart Board, an Arcade Unit, Hookey Board and Bar Stool Seating. - BACKYARD OASIS: Rest and relaxation are the ultimate retreat here. We equipped this space with stylish outdoor seating, a BBQ grill and a Hot Tub under a private gazebo with added drapes for full privacy. - SPA: Our Spa includes a special feature called an Ozonator which injects Ozone into the Hot Tub. The Ozone that is injected into the hot tub helps to sanitize the water with millions of air bubbles. The filter and chemicals add to further keep our Spa in tip top shape and the water crystal clear, healthy and crisp for a true peace of mind spa enjoyment experience. - HIGHSPEED WIFI: We offer High Speed Xfinity Internet service for all your streaming, web surfing and work from home needs. - CHILDRENS TOYS/FAMILY BOARD GAMES: For the kiddos we offer a small toy chest and for Family fun, we offer board games. HOME SPACES AND MORE: WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP: We offer 3 bedrooms. 1 King Bedroom Suite and 2 Queen bedrooms. All of our rooms are suited with Ultra Plush Mattresses that are highly rated for the best night sleep. Our previous guests that stay at our other locations, rate our beds the BEST they've ever slept on !! Each bedroom is equipped with a lamp set, Smart TV, Premium ultra soft Linens and Beautiful designer decor. Our Master King Suite is a special space we took extra care in curating. We included cloud therapy, a galaxy ceiling projector for a celestial night experience and black out shades. MULTIPURPOSE ROOM: For this space, we included a small work desk for those working from home, our Brands custom Toy chest for the kiddos and a Serta sleeper with a trundle. Play | Work | Sleep all in one... LAUNDRY: We offer a Washer & Dryer for guest use w/ a few complementary detergent pods. DINING ROOM: Our Dining room was designed with a Marble dining table and comfortable & stylish plush velvet chairs. LIVING ROOM: The Living room is the perfect space for families to gather and have fun. We've designed this space w/ a Bluetooth surround system, Family Games, Large 55 inch Smart TV, Leather sofa, club chairs and Ambient lighting with designer decor. KITCHEN: The Kitchen was designed with functionality, easy access and guest ease in mind. We've included everything our guests may need for quick cooking or a multi course holiday meal. Bakeware, Children's plating, Flatware, Mugs, Glassware, Plating, Bowls and more are all available for our guests. COFFEE | TEA | CEREAL BAR & MORE: We've included many little complementary extras for our guests to enjoy that many other places don't offer...such as Coffee, Creamers, A Ninja Coffee maker with Frothier, Sugar, Honey Straws, a Tea Station, Ghirardelli Hot Chocolate, a Cereal Bar, Organic Snack packets and welcome water bottles. YOUR LOVED PETS: We wanted your pets to enjoy their stay also. We included a Waste station for guest convenience, a food and water bowl and a large lush sod covered yard for your pets to run and play. DEDICATED WORK FROM HOME SPACE: For our guests who need to work while they are away, we offer a dedicated office desk. We hope you will enjoy this space as much as we do !! Guest access Guests will have the entire space to themselves to enjoy. There are a few closets with keypads for our housekeeping crew, which are no guest access. Other things to note SAFTEY: We happily welcome children and have small children of our own here often. Your children and their safety is your responsibility and yours alone. We have NOT childproofed the home. We have a Hot Tub which can be a drowning hazard for children. Please exercise caution for your pets and children around the Hot Tub. Guest agrees/consents and releases Aniket Ashwin Accommodations, LLC from any Liability at time of booking. Please exercise caution and use good judgement when using the Hot tub for yours and your guests safety. Additionally, please kindly review the Manufactures safety rules prior to Spa use: 1. To reduce the risk of injury, do not permit children to use this product. 2. Extreme caution must be exercised to prevent unauthorized access by children. To avoid accidents, ensure that they cannot use this spa. Keep cover on spa and latched with safety lock at ALL times when Spa not in use. 3. Do not unplug the Spa Electrical cord or get the Cord Wet. 4. We advise you and your guests to NOT Use Spa if you or your guests suffer from any Health Issues of any kind. Should you or your guests use Spa in presence of health issues or against the advise of your physician, it will be solely at your own responsibility and risk. Thank you. ALLERGIES: We enjoy offering our guests a variety of snacks and cereals. If a food allergy or other allergies are a concern for you, we ask that you please reach out to us and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. QUIET TIME: We ask that you please respect our neighborhood and their right to privacy and peace. Quiet time begins at 9pm. Excessive noise is not allowed. Neighbors may complain and we want to keep our listing running smoothly for all to enjoy. NO PARTIES: Our home caters to families and individuals looking for a fun, exciting and enriching get-a-away. If you are looking to party, then our home is not a good fit for you!! If this rule is broken, our management team will be dispatched to the property, and you will be asked to leave without a refund and also you will be charged a fee of $ 500 for breaking house rules and charged for any damages that occur to our home or furnishings. If police are called for excessive noise disturbance, same will apply. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: These activities are prohibited in and around our home. We may have guests who are sensitive to smoke and we strive to offer all our guests a comfortable stay. If any smoking activity is found you will be assessed a $250 fee for smoke remediation. PESTS: You may or may not see small insects in or around home. We have regular pest maintenance performed by our pest crew and if there is any issue, they are available 24 hours if you have any questions or any needs. EXTRA FEES: We take special care to provide our amazing guests with Fluffy towels, blankets, high thread count sheets and other premium linens. Our Housekeeping team keeps strict linen counts in efforts to reduce extra expenses for our small family business. Please kindly take note that if any linens are found to be missing or heavily stained after your check out, you will be assessed a Fee. Same applies for other items in our home. We sincerely appreciate your understanding. EXTRA GUESTS: We are not set up to accommodate additional guests beyond booking limits (Beds available, Linens available, Parking ect.) If we find extra guests on the property, you will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND. Please note: Check out time is at 11am. We appreciate your understanding as our cleaning crew needs enough time to sanitize & clean prior to our next guests arriving. If we have guests due to check in right after your stay, then you may be charged for an extra night of stay for late check out. PETS: We want our guests to fully enjoy their stay with us and for those with Pets, that is only possible when they have their furry friends along with them. We gladly accept Pets (MAX 2 Pets only please.) Additional Pets will not be accommodated. For your Pets we offer Water/Food Bowls. Please kindly review our house rules when bringing a pet: * Please clean up after your Pet each time. * Please deter your Pet from chewing any surfaces inside or outside around our home. * Please keep your Pets off all furniture including beds. * Please refrain from using any white linens on Pets. * Please take measures to assure your Pet(s) are not barking incessantly. We've asked our neighbors to reach out to us if they have any issues. Thank you. Disclaimer for Longer stays (+20 days): We allow stays up to 28 days or more ONLY when requested by guests on Airbnb Platform & ONLY when approved by host !! We require a lease to be signed for any stays over 28 days. The guest who needs a stay longer than 28 days must check out on the 28th day, sign new lease & rebook for desired additional stay with a new lease. By signing lease, guest agrees to vacate home promptly at end of their agreement/check out time. If guest fails to vacate at their due check out time, Airbnb will be contacted. If guest still fails to check out, Local Authorities will be dispatched to home for guest removal. Guest agrees to these terms when they check in. Thank you.
