The main level features an open concept living room along with a kitchen and Island that are perfect for gatherings. The Living Room features Italian Leather furniture. The kitchen has high end appliances along with patterned granite counter tops. An exterior patio deck with patio furniture is directly connected to the kitchen and dining area. A Powder Room and Home Office are also situated on the main level. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with a large Bonus Room with a leather sectional sofa. Each bedroom features Queen sized beds with a contemporary finish. The bottom level suite has a 1-bedroom and bathroom with a shower. This one of a kind suite boasts a cottage like finish and features a Cascading Waterfall in the living room area with un-paralled attention to details in the entire space. There is a kitchenette/wet bar complete with a dining table set and living room furniture that truly enhance and make the bottom level suite great for group gatherings. A full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher are available in the living area of the bottom level suite. The living room furniture easily doubles up as a sofa bed. There is ZERO TOLERANCE for using my home for PARTIES. Under no circumstances is there to be more guests in the house other than the ones that have been booked in and confirmed for the duration of your stay. If this rule is violated, Guests will be asked to leave the home and will not receive any funds back. Guests are responsible for cleaning up the barbecue grill after using it.
