Thanks to its central location, this is the perfect spot to explore Paris. The space LIVING ROOM The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed that effortlessly converts into two single sleeping spaces. For your convenience, there is also a separate toilet on this floor. KITCHEN Our open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as convenient as possible. It features a refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, kettle, and toaster—perfect for all your cooking needs. Start your day with a freshly brewed coffee from our Nespresso machine, or enjoy a simple breakfast with ease. Additionally, a dishwasher is provided to make cleaning up a breeze, so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation. DINING AREA Adjacent to the kitchen is our stylish dining area, featuring a high dining table with matching chairs. This space is ideal for enjoying meals and creating memorable moments with family and friends. STAIRS TO BEDROOM AND BATHROOM One of the standout features of our apartment is the custom-designed staircase leading to the second floor, adding a modern touch and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the space. Please review the photos of the staircase to ensure it meets your needs and preferences. Note that the stairs may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or individuals with mobility issues, as there are no handrails. BEDROOM Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a custom wardrobe for your belongings. Fresh linens and towels are provided to ensure a pleasant stay. BATHROOM The bathroom features transparent shower panels, a walk-in shower, and a sink, all crafted from natural materials for a touch of luxury. The open layout of the shower area seamlessly integrates with the bedroom, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness. The apartment uses a standard Paris water heater tank. Normal use is comfortable; very long showers may require a 1h reheating period. Carefully designed with soft lighting, the bathroom offers a serene atmosphere for your relaxation. WHAT WE PROVIDE: To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide: - Fresh linens cleaned by a professional service - Two towels per person (one bath towel and one hand towel) - Sample toiletries including shampoo and shower gel - A few rolls of toilet paper to welcome you - Coffee, tea, and sugar for your morning enjoyment Please note that laundry detergent is not provided. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. A portable crib is available for our younger guests (please bring your own sleeping bag). All rooms, including the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are for your private use and inside the apartment. Other things to note - The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the building without an elevator. - The stairs leading to the second floor are not suitable for young kids, seniors and people with reduced mobility - The bathroom is located on the second floor directly in the bedroom with transparent glass shower walls.
