The condo offers an excellent swimming pool and green areas. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM. Ice chesters are allowed, but no glass containers. Speakers with moderate volume. Parking is available inside the building. It is communal and in a row. If you enter your car, you need to leave your keys in the Porter's Lodge so that they can move it if a car needs to leave. 24 hour doorman.
