Bávaro/Punta Cana Vacation Villa

Clean and spacious family friendly villa centrally located in the heart of Bavaro. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets just minutes away (walking distance). The space Our villa offers 2 bedrooms with queen size bed in each room along with a bathroom in each room. We also have complimentary guest wifi and a sleeper sofa in the living room With a half bathroom. Guest access Upon arriving to the main gate at Villas Bavaro, let the guard know you have a reservation for Airbnb at "Maretta Beach" on the Street Paseo de Cuba. Once you are inside the villa, you will be able to use the guest keycard access that allows you reentry to the villa and access to the private community beach. *It is important that the keycard be left in the villa (in the same sport) upon departure. If it is lost or not found, you will be charged a replacement card fee of $50 USD.* Other things to note Please be mindful of electricity consumption. The costs in the Bavaro/Punta Cana region of Dominican Republic is very expensive. Therefore, we ask that you be mindful and turn off fans and air conditioners when leaving the villa. If you are using the common area pool and keeping patio doors and windows open, please also turn off the air conditioners to be mindful. If we notice excessive use of electricity, we will notify you in advance so that you may reduce the consumption. Notice to travelers with pets: Please keep your dog on a leash and walk and clean up dog waste outside of the common fenced area. Dogs should not be in common areas for reasons of safety and hygiene.
